The confirmation email you receive will have a link in it. When you click on it, it will begin downloading a .zip file. A zip file is a file that combines two or more files. Some computers come with software that automatically unpacks a .zip file.

Many computers will simply unpack a .zip file.  Otherwise, you'll double click the file called 'RealHopePDF-MP4.zip.'  Then you'll have two separate files.  One called RealHopeCommunication.pdf and the other called 'HandlingConflictConfidently.mp4'

My website is secured through GoDaddy and there is no danger of getting any file, other than the file you are purchasing.
