  • At this time, Pacific Skills Training Co. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
    Shipping of workshop manuals is done via U.S. Postal Service Priority mail. You should expect your shipped hardcopy of the manual within 5 business days of the date of your order. If you do not receive your shipment after 7 days then please call us at (310) 444-1951. Additionally, Pacific Skills Training Co. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. Please email Marc@RealHope.com to find out if we can ship to your country. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Pacific Skills Training Co. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.     Refund Policies
    For hard copies of the seminar manual ?Coming Together For Life - Handling Conflict With Confidence? which get shipped; we will mail you a check for the amount you paid minus any shipping charge. You may keep the manual.
    You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.
    For any digital download purchases we will refund your full cost.
    For any seminar attendance purchase we will completely refund your fee if, by the end of the seminar, you don't think you're relationship has changed as a result of our Handling Conflict With Confidence One Day Seminar! You may keep the manuals.
    Psychotherapy, coaching or intervention fees will not be refunded in terms of a policy. Each case of a desired refund may be discussed and negotiated and given.
